Urban Design - Workshop

Council wants your help - they are creating a strategy to support how we grow our places and spaces for the future.

They are partnering with Wayfinder Landscape Planning & Strategy to create an Urban Design Strategy to improve public spaces - like parks, walkways, and main streets - making our towns more connected, welcoming and vibrant.  This strategy will guide how these spaces grow alongside our communities.

This builds on the recently completed Urban Growth Strategy, which focuses on private land and infrastructure, ensuring development is supported by roads, water, and housing.   The Urban Design Strategy complements this by focusing on how public spaces can support and enhance that growth.
