Learn and share experiences to enhance safety in various situations.

This workshop will cover

  • Discussions on violence awareness
  • Self-esteem and  confidence building
  • safety strategies against sexual violence, including cyber sexual violence
  • Physical skills like using a strong voice and self-defence techniques
