Manawatū Tararua Highway to the Pongaroa Pub

Heres your chance to ride the new cycleway connecting Manawatū and Tararua, twice!

Start in Palmerston North and ride through to Ashurst before climbing the rather steep new route over the Ruahine ranges.

From there, take quiet backroads through to Dannevirke for coffee before heading down to the Pongaroa pub for lunch.

Stop in at Tui HQ (former brewery) for afternoon tea before heading back over the highyway to finish on the brand new Manawatu bridge.

7am start in Palmerston North with a 13:30 time limit.
